Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’d like to return your book, please read our policy below.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, you have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us of your return request. You then have an additional 14 days to return the item.

  • The book/goods must be in its original condition, and suitable for resale (unless faulty).
  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email).
  • We will refund the cost of the item, but return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please check your order upon arrival. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@littlelearnersbookclub.com, including:

  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damage or incorrect item

We will arrange either a replacement or a full refund, including return postage costs where applicable.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed and you have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@littlelearnersbookclub.com.
